Are you Afraid of Change?

changeSome people are so afraid of change.  It’s human nature to feel that way, but I think those people need a mindset shift about change. I welcome change and get excited about it!  I haven’t always felt that way, but I have learned through experience that during times of change and discomfort, I have become better… and things I stressed out about always work out!  Change is a time where you can get out of your comfort zone and GROW!  Without change, you become stagnant and plateau with growth, goals and dreams. Change makes you, your business, the people around you and the world a better place.  Embrace change!! Progress is impossible without change!!

  1. Kristie, I like AmeriPlan and what you are doing with things like this ; building enthusiasm and doing goals are really good. Most people fail in this (and in life) because of their fears — fear has a way of freezing us in our midstream to success precipitating our failures. Have you ever heard of Emotional Freedom Technique, aka EFT? EFT can be a simple way one can get past the gatekeepers of one’s fears.

  3. I appreciate those words and agree whole- heartedly. Presently, I just feel stuck, and I have allowed (unintentionally) taking care of other people to distract me. Finances have distracted me. But, not the fear of change. I embrace change-for the better, and this opportunity is definitely for the better. I believe that , I just haven’t figured out the best way for me to get started.
